Terms of Use
This page states the Terms of Use ("Terms") under which You (as defined below) may use www.bizgigconnect.com, (“bizgig connect”) an on-line service to post and search employment opportunities and User (as defined below) resumes. bizgigconnect.com allows Users to create individual profiles, which may include personal information (”Profiles”), and to make these Profiles, or aspects thereof, public.
By using bizgigconnect.com, You agree to be bound by these Terms, including the bizgig connect Privacy Statement.
bizgig connect, LLC ("bizgig connect") may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version to this Web page. You should visit this page periodically to review the most current Terms because they are binding on You. The terms "You" and "User" as used herein refer to all individuals and/or entities accessing bizgigconnect.com for any reason. The term “post” as used herein shall mean information that You submit, publish or display on any bizgig connect site (as defined below).
Eligibility for Service.
You represent and warrant that you (a) are not under the age of 18; (b) have not previously been suspended or removed from bizgig connect; (c) are not a direct competitor of bizgig connect; (d) do not have more than one bizgig connect account at any given time; and (e) that you have full power and authority to enter into this Agreement and in doing so will not violate any other agreement to which you are a party.
Password/Security:
Keep your password confidential, do not use other Users’ accounts and do not let others use your account; you are responsible for anything that happens through your account — until you notify us of a breach (support@bizgigconnect.com), close down your account or prove that your account security was compromised due to a fault of our systems. You are prohibited from selling, trading or otherwise transferring your bizgig connect account or any information therein to another party or charging anyone for access to any portion of bizgig connect, or any information therein.
Forums/Blogs/Chat Rooms:
bizgig connect may include various forums, blogs and chat rooms where you can post your observations and comments on designated topics. bizgig connect does not guarantee that other members will not use the ideas and information that you share. Therefore, if you have an idea or information that you would like to keep confidential and/or don’t want others to use, do not post it on the Service. bizgig connect and the bizgig connect affiliates are not responsible for member’s misuse or misappropriation of any content or information you post in any forums, blogs and chat rooms or other of this nature.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify bizgig connect and hold bizgig connect, its officers, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, directors, officers, service providers, suppliers and employees, harmless from any claim and demand, including losses and costs (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys’ fees) related to third party claims, charges or investigations, caused by (a) your failure to comply with this Agreement, including, without limitation, your submission of content that violates third party rights or applicable laws, (b) any content you submit to bizgig connect or (c) any activity in which you engage on or through the bizgig connect website.
Payment Responsibility:
If you subscribe to any services that we offer for a fee, you agree to render payment (including, without limitation, weekly, monthly, or other fees for basic or premium accounts) as they become due plus all related taxes and reimburse us for any collection costs and interest for any overdue amounts.
